Clear polyethylene microspheres High quality clear polyethylene microspheres (un-pigmented)

Color/Opacity: Clear (translucent) unpigmented polyethylene.
Particle Size Spec:  Product is screened to be >90% in particle size range
Shape and Form Spec:  CPMS - Microspheres are >90% spherical dry powder.
                                    CPB - Beads are >75% round in free flowing dry form.
Melt Temperature:  Our Clear PE microspheres and beads melt at ~115dC
Auto-Ignition Temperature: 330-410dC  - For those looking to produce porous ceramics by burning out the PE.

Vials of clear microspheres and beads are in stock and usually ship in 1-3 business days.

Orders for quantities of 1kg + are made to order, and require a $500 setup charge.  Please allow 3-10 business days to process.
