magnetic/charge properties, melting point. 3. Specify quantities needed and schedules.
4. Contact us for a custom quote and lead times to design and manufacture microstructure to match your requirements. We typically work with Polycarbonate (PC) or Polyethylene Imine (PEI) to create microstructures with hot-microembossing tools. If needed we can put a thin coating on the top surface of the structure. We also have in-house capabilities to precisely laminate microstructures without filling open areas.
