How do I return an item?

We specialize in custom microtechnology solutions and most of our products are made per customer specifications. Therefore, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for shipped products. In the unlikely event that wrong product was shipped or a product was damaged during shipment, we will work with the customer to replace it in a timely manner.
